Terms of Service

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Tell us at hello@kayas.app if you suspect unauthorised use.

To keep KAYAS working for everyone, you agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to breach the security of the service.
• Access the service by automated means beyond normal use, or scrape its content.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the learning content without our written permission.
• Publish a profile that is offensive, misleading, or impersonates someone else, or use profile links to direct people to harmful or deceptive destinations.

The learning content and the software are owned by Scalable Labs and licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use while your account is active. Your own notes and reflections remain yours.

Your account includes a profile at a permanent address that starts visible only to signed-in KAYAS members. You can choose to publish it to anyone with the link, choose a memorable handle, allow search-engine listing, and show or hide review activity. The content you publish there (your handle, headline, picture, links, and location) is yours, and you are responsible for it. You grant us the license needed to display the details you choose to publish, including in search-engine sitemaps and link previews when you enable those options. Track credentials and practice stats are computed by KAYAS from your real reviews and cannot be edited; presenting them as something they are not is a misuse. Following is a social feature; do not use it to harass. Anyone can report a profile; reports are reviewed by a person, and we may hide or remove profile content, or suspend an account, if it breaks these terms. Restricting a profile takes effect immediately. A deletion request locks the account and removes its public visibility immediately; data deletion follows the grace period and retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available but provide it on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; for material changes we’ll update the date above and give reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalable Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the Danish courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
